The Berkeley Center on Comparative Equality & Anti-Discrimination Law at UC Berkeley School of Law is an international research and collaboration hub focused on the study and advancement of equality and anti-discrimination law across legal systems. It brings together academics, advocates, and practitioners from around the world to publish scholarship, host workshops and annual conferences, mentor emerging scholars, and share insights with legislators, equality bodies, litigators, and jurists to address systemic inequality and discrimination. The Center also supports global dialogue through its electronic journal and virtual workshops.
